1. Introduction

Welcome to South West Win Club("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website tswwc.co.ukand participation in our local prize draws. By accessing this website and entering our draws, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or enter our draws.

2. Eligibility & Requirements

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
• Entrants must be resident in the South West of England counties of Devon, Cornwall or Somerset.
• Every entry requires a correct answer to the entry question shown at checkout. Entries with an incorrect answer are not accepted.
• By entering a draw, you certify that you meet these eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to request proof of age and address before awarding any prize. If a winner is found to be ineligible, their entry will be declared void and another winning ticket will be drawn.

3. Draw Operations & Rules

• Each prize draw is limited to a maximum of 1,000 ticket entries.
• Each ticket costs £3.
• The draw will take place once all 1,000 tickets have been sold. If the ticket limit is not reached within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to extend the entry period, run the draw with a proportional cash prize (e.g. 70% of ticket sales), or cancel the draw and issue full refunds.
• The winning ticket is selected at random from every paid ticket using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The winning ticket number is published on our website.

4. Payments & Ticket Limits

• Payments must be completed through our secure checkout, operated by Stripe.
• Ticket numbers are allocated sequentially the moment your payment is confirmed and are shown on screen and in your confirmation email. Tickets are held for you for 30 minutes while you complete checkout; if payment is not completed in that time they are released for sale again.
• There is no limit to the number of tickets a single eligible individual may purchase, subject to overall availability and a maximum of 100 tickets per order.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be provided once a ticket is purchased, except in the event of draw cancellation or where required by law.

5. Winners & Prizes

• The prize is £1,000 cash (unless otherwise stated for a specific draw).
• Winners will be notified via the telephone number or email address provided during checkout. It is the entrant's responsibility to provide accurate contact details.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days of the draw, we reserve the right to draw an alternative winning ticket.
• Prizes are paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account held in the winner's name.

6. Limitation of Liability

We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network failure, or computer malfunction of any kind. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
